Vakil Housing eyes Hosur for Villa Project.

Bangalore – based Vakil Housing Development Corporation, developers of residential townships, is eyeing Hosur as its next ideal project promotion destination.

Commenting on the decision to foray into Hosur, its Director Mr. Mohammed Ali, said. “Its a risky but strategic decision. We did a comparative study on the benefits of living in Bangalore and other alternative, relatively calmer town in the vicinity such as Hosur.

In a recent survey conducted by brand-comm, out of 527 respondents, 16% said that they are keen on moving to Hosur, while 37% said that they wouldn’t mind moving there ( total 53% ).Around 43% said that they were not interested in moving to Hosur and the rest were undecided. Out of these, 310 respondents were from Kormangala and Electronic City.
