don’t know where to begin, anyway will make an effort.

after seeing The Times of India in Bangalore in april2007, trying to get in get in touch
my first contact was then Sr sale Rep Santosh, who picked us near
madilwala to show the site where the project was to come up.

Next , have to mention about Mr Ar.Ahmed Shariff , chief Architect, with whom we had several meetings to inquire about plan and certain additions inside the villa and he was always friendly and cooperative and did not complain even when we made few changes after finalisation.

And the front line people i.e customer care with whom you are in direct touch on day to day queries, Ms Praveena and Veena have been always caring and prompt in any query.
Vakils have aptly named dept as customer “care” meaning caring in real sense
and not as customer service. special thanks to them.

We had also the opportunity to meet Mr M.A. Vakil, chairman and MD and his sons
who were very cordial in spite of their busy schedule .

lastly, after taking over possession of the Villa on 23rd Nov 2009, met mr Srinivas
site in charge, who was extremely helpful and friendly and promised to take care
of few points raised at the Villa. The whole team at the site were cooperative
don’t remember all the names though, but congrats Vakils themselves have done -doing a great job.

I must mention here that WE are THE First to get the Property Registered @ the Registrar’s Office at Hosur and Villa 29 is the inaugural though i may have taken the possession later probably the “First Sale” once few people move -in, we also plan to move in as well and enjoy serenity and quiet -enjoyable life at hosur hills.

I must add , after our first trip to the site at hosur hills, i was told i could buy land in hosur town and build at half the cost, but did no do that and opted for Vakils hosur Hills only.
