Although in the midst of a slack the realty sector is developing an IT edge and has entered mobile space.
As the realty sector hits the rough waters, the IT and Realty bond has grown stronger. The global economic slowdown and softening housing markets has cooled off the manic rush to grab a property. The buyers are no longer scared that the property will pick up prices overnight. In the wake of the slack the sonsumer has time to make informed decisions. Realty portals confirm an increase in the number of page views despite the slowdown.
