Press: Registration fee ups, no change in tax.

Bangalopre: With the guidance value of properties in and around Bangalore being increased with effect from Friday, you have to pay more registration fee ( including stamp paper fee ), while buying land and buildings.
There is no change in the norm that one has to pay 10 percent of the property value as registration fee. However, the registration fee would naturally go up with the increase in guidance value as that woruld enhance the property value.
