Bangalore has seen the mushrooming of a large number of apartments across the city, Given this scenario, one would tend to assume that flats would be the obvious choice for owning homes. However, today’s discerning customer needs more, and builders and developers have recognised this by offering individualised custom spaces in the form of villas.

Bangalore is on a real high. The property prices are appreciating really fast, several infrastructural projects are in the pipeline and there is an overall positive sentiment of growth and development. A report.
The real estate market in Bangalore is on a roll, literally. The last seven to eight months have seen a stabilisation of sorts with the actual users being the investor. Bangalore with its unique position continues to be an attractive merket as far as real estate is concerned with growth rates being maintained at a healthy 20 percent. For example, flats in central areas of Bangalore cost anywhere between Rs 4,000 and Rs 5,000 per sq ft in September 1995. Today, they cost between Rs 10,000 and Rs 12,000 per sq ft.
