Developers in India have formulated a new strategy of wooing customers. With increased emphasis on the space set aside for planting trees, shrubs and plants, they are cashing inon the growing demand for houses with “greener pastures”.
Gone are the days when residential real estate projects consisted onlyu of concrete blocks. These days, high-end super luxury projects also include golf courses, while almost all residential projects have lawns, children’s parks, sewerage treatment plants and designated areas for plantations.
