Girish H.R. joins as CEO of Vakil Housing
We’d like to welcome Girish H.R. to the Vakil Housing family as CEO-Operations. He carries with him Two decades of Industry Experience. His Impressive academic credentials include BE with Distinction, two Post Graduations: PG in General Management from IIM-B and PG in ADR from NALSAR.
His last assignment was with CB Richard Ellis and has worked with Industry giants such as Bechtel in various roles. He brings with him rich experience from the profession and his presence will be a value addition to Vakil Housing.

I am delighted to share that Mr.Girish who sprearheaded our new office project at Embassy Golf Links Business Park was highly appreciated from our Corporate Real Estate team and our senior management team.
Mr.Girish has done a fabulous work in bringing down the cost of various faciliites related equipments with his tactful negotiation skills. During the project I have noticed his rich experience and incalculated quality which is quite emphasizing. He is always highly enterprising and ever bubbling with all time energy which is amazing when it comes to follow-up with various vendors keeping a strict vigil on quality of the work executed from vendors.
Under his leadership during the project our company got highly benefitted and he ensured the project was delivered 100% defect free.
I feel in today’s corporate world, guys like Girish command rapt attention and will undoubtedly be in the fore front.

My congrats to HR Girsh really comes from heart,my association with HRG comes way back from 1991, while we had just started our carrer in one of everlasting profession that’s construction. I was lucky enough to again get associated with HRG in CBRE after 12 yrs of long gap. Needless to mention his leader ship qualities, no error thoughts, long term positive thinking added to all his patience to learn new things and from his sub-ordinates - i just cannot forget.
Finally I wish him all the very best for his new roles and responsibilites and i pray ALMIGHTY to bring health and wealth to his family members and every sucess in his new assignment.
